Tricep Pushdowns – 5 sets of 10 (choose 5 different weights, light, heavy, moderate, get 10 reps for each weight, repeat for 3 total sets) -150 reps
Barbell Curl – 3 sets 10 (start with five on each side get 10 reps, add another five get another 10 reps, add the last five get 10 more reps. After these sets go back down the pyramid. This completes one set, 4 total sets). -240 reps
